Cancellation Policy:
Cancelations are not accepted via voicemail. Please email drsarahtkachuk@gmail.com to cancel your appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in Dr. Tkachuk’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Maternity Leave Update: As of September 5th, Dr. Tkachuk will be out of the office for maternity leave. We appreciate your understanding and support during this exciting time! We will send out an email of when she will be back in the office. Please stay tuned for more updates. Thank you!

Dr. Tkachuk obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Dr. Tkachuk has a true passion for helping others, which lead her to this profession. Returning home to Sudbury, she is excited to educate her patients, and empower them with the tools they need to optimize their health, wellness and function. Dr. Tkachuk is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.
Dr. Tkachuk is a proud member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Ontario Chiropractic Association, and is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys being active, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends
